Place all ingredients except for the oils in a food processor or Vitamix/blender.
Blend/pulse the ingredients until they come together. Do not over blend…just pulse until they are constantly mixed. Then, slowly add in the oils - emulsifying- till the mixture is more smooth.
Place in serving bowl. For presentation, add a little diced fresh herbs of your choice and a sprinkle of hemp seeds on top. Drizzle a little extra olive oil or Mana Hemp Oil as well on top!
For pasta, fold in to noodles until all are covered. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
