Chill the pineapple, and milk before making. You can peel and freeze the banana beforehand for a more chilled smoothie.
When ready, gather together a blender, ingredients, and 2 8oz glasses.
Chop the pineapple and peel the banana if needed. Place them in the blender and pour in milk and drizzle in honey last.
Blend starting on low and moving up to high speed until smooth. Add more milk if more liquid is needed.
Pour into a glass and add an optional sprinkle on top with a pineapple wedge.
