Peel and slice the plantains in medium sections about 1/4" thick.
Place coconut oil with a dash of sea salt in the pan and heat on medium until melted. Add plantains into the pan and cook until golden brown on one side then flip and cook to the same on the other.
Spatula out plantains for serving and drizzle with Mana Hemp Honey and optional cinnamon and/or macadamia nuts if desired.
