Spice it Up - Add-ons to spice up the flavor or to custom your cheese to match a dinner dish:
Fresh herbs such as dill, chives, cilantro, or parsley (any or a combination of herbs makes for an excellent dipping sauce!)
¼tspGarlic Powder (goes great stirred into mashed potatoes)
¼tspOnion Powder (great to spread on a sandwich)
Soak raw cashews for a minimum of 2 hours.
After soaking, drain and rinse cashews.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate for an hour or longer before serving, allowing the cheese to thicken while remaining creamy
