1tspCoconut Sugar(you can also use honey, date syrup, or coconut nectar)
1dashCinnamon or Cayenne Pepper
Top with coconut whipped cream
Gather: Gather together a very small pot for melting chocolate, 1 qt pot for blending the milk and other ingredients
Chop: Chop up the chocolate into very small pieces and put into a small pot for melting.
Heat Milk: Pour milk into 1 qt pot and heat to near scalding, but not boiling. Add vanilla extract and sea salt. Stir constantly and remove from heat.
Melt Chocolate: Place chocolate pieces and 2 Tbsp of the milk in a saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until melted then immediately remove from heat and pour into hot milk.
Blend: Use a whisk to blend chocolate into milk. Whisk in sweetener of choice and optional flavorings.
Serve: Serve in your favorite mug and enjoy
