Creamy Hawaiian Banana Honey Smoothie Recipe

A hearty afternoon smoothie made with Mana Artisan Botanics™ Hawaiian Hemp Honey & Hemp Oil. 12.5mg CBD per 12oz serving.

 2 organic whole bananas
 1 avocado
 ½ tsp spirulina
 1 cup nut milk of choice
 4 fresh mint leaves (can be substituted with 1 drop of mint oil)
 1 cup ice
 a drizzle of organic honey or fresh whole dates added for desired sweetness (optional)
 1 dash spirulina
 slice of banana

Initial Preparation: Get out the blender and add optional ice.

Gather Ingredients: Gather together all other ingredients and put them in the blender.

Blend: Blend all the ingredients together a good few minutes until everything is very well emulsified and all the chunks of fruit are blended (Vitamix is the recommended blender)

Pour: Pour smoothie into a glass and adorn the top with a dash of spirulina and a slice of banana. Drink in the hearty nourishment and proceed in good health with your day!
