Return Policy


SECTION 1 – RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, after 30 days following your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 2 – REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@manabotanics.com and send your item to:

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING POLICY

Mana Artisan Botanics may ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All products may or may not be available in your area. If a product is not available in your area, you will not be able to checkout through the site if the ship to address is invalid. Customers from the United States and its territories can expect to receive their order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days; international orders may take four (4) to six (6) weeks, depending on the destination. Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hrs.

SECTION 4 – DISTRIBUTION

If you are an approved distributor, you may order products at wholesale pricing. You will need to contact us at sales@manabotanics.com to become a distributor. Minimum purchase requirements will apply and you will need to send us a copy of your reseller’s license.
